My best friend has just arrived home from hospital and is housebound for a few weeks.

Wanting to ease his boredom I rang CGars to see if they could make up a gift package, including cigars, coffee, chocolate etc.

Ordered yesterday, arrived this morning first thing, gift wrapped with a card inside, absolutely sterling service.

I second your sentiments on the service. Ordered and received a Cuban PC sampler this week. It arrived quickly, was nicely packaged and included a cutter, matches and mints. Classy service indeed. :41:

Ordered a Partagas Series E No. 2 and two RA LE 2011s, received next day with that cool 'Keep Calm and Have a Cigar' post card - love it.

We use a 'Six Sigma' type of system to try and constantly analyse and improve customer service,satisfaction,packaging.logistics and expertise so we are always grateful for any comments good,bad and ugly as client feedback is the best tool we have to be able to improve.

Goodness knows we dont always get it right but this year we believe we are batting over 99% complete satisfaction rate and accuracy rate.......its taken a lot of effort that continues 24/7

And to add to Mitch's comment, if you have problems he gets personally involved to resolve them. Head office will bend over backwards to make the customer happy.

Had the same card with my order for the 2011 EL's - very cool!
