Bombshell/artyshell ashtray.

Ive now gotten to the point where im having more and more friends over to watch the sports on a Saturday and smoke some of MY :mad: cigars but still its become quite apparent in recent weeks that my two single cigar ashtrays and a flower pot sat in my winter smoking den (a fox eclipse 2 man bivvy i use to go fishing) is just not enough (has the text gone funny for anyone els lol)

Still ive heard about people buying ashtrays made of old spent artillery shells/made to look like the lower half of the bombs you see on WW2 documentary and i thought they looked perfect so i was wondering if anyone knows where i could pick one of them up as i really have no clue where to being and knowing England ill prolly need a dozen separate gun licenses to even own one.

im in the army now and just leaving after 12 years, i have seen quite a few lower half artillery shells for sale either complete or cut down in quite a few MOD stores when i have been shopping for new kit
google army surplus close to you, plus some military auction/antique shops may have them in stock or at least know a good place to start looking

you wont need a firearms cert to own one, but you will need a good bank balance as they are made from excellent brass thats quite valuable so they can be pricey.
if you have sunday morning car boot sales you could snag a bargain if your very lucky

Though i live like 20 mins away from Bisley ranges wonder if they have any lol.

Just get yourself a stinky ashtray. They are great, you can pick them up on ebay. Try polk street depot. Their postage to the uk is ok. I will try and post up a link.

Thnaks panda i just got myself one of the "tall" sticky's now just to ask SWMBO not to empty it out every day as i just paid £750 for her new tattoo (the Joker and Hilary Quinn from Batman) i think i have some legroom.
