Found this interesting article today on the latest company to attempt getting a foothold into Cuba.I think this only highlights the way things are going to head in the future relating to external investment into the country.Until now the major investors have been the spanish hotel chains, the Canadian oil related companies and the current imp/exp relationship with china.

Personally, not sure about the golf course.I live in Ayrshire and i am currently surrounded by the likes of Troon, Turnberry, etc.I think if i was going on holiday i would prefer the beaches, architecture, cigars, music, food and culture, however i do recognise that the golf is a big draw and will bring in the money.

Im hoping to go there next year with the mrs and kids and my bro and his mrs, we both love golf. It would be nice to get a few rounds in !
That said it could not really be in the old sides of town, but I think a course somewhere offside is a good thing, but then again I'm a golf pervert.

I am more of a beach person myself and although i have played golf a few times on some of Scotlands better courses it is all lost on me.
