I've noticed several flippant, and, if I may say so,undeserved derogatory comments about the transportational recepticals that some of us gentlemen choose to use.... Ahem...
I purchased one of these items when on holiday in Spain several years ago. I reasoned it was an essential aquisition whilst mincing....I mean strolling, along the seafront.:bandit:
The ability to carry all the essentials, Bottled water/ Cheese Sandwich/Beach Thong/Wet Wipes etc, in a fashionable, slung over the shoulder container, meant there were no more unsightly bulges in my Bermuda Shorts.
The wife, of course, has took the piss ever since.
What do women know about fashion anyway.

I think men's bags are an essential accessory for the 21st century urban male. With the abundance of gadets and other bit's of survival equipemnt required for daily life you need something reliable to carry your life round.
What I do think is very, very wrong are the smaller type mens bags that are similar in size to a hardback book that involve placing it on a strap around your wrist.
Slung over your shoulder, oozes metro-sexual class. You go for your life, :biggrin1:

She's just winked at me and retired for the night. I'm about to show her what real bulges are all about!!!!!
If I've got the energy tomorrow, I'll update you on my attempts at night time breeding.

Surely that's the kind of thing that should be kept indoors?
I'm a subscriber to the rucksack point-of-view. Mine goes just about everywhere with me. Lighters, floss, bottle of water, spare phone, digital camera and tripod, spork, vaseline, bottle opener :thumb:, headtorch, peanut M&Ms, couple of marker pens, whistle, cigar punch and an emergency coat. I love it.
Far more manly than this metrosexual satchel crap.

I'm with you on this one Mark,
Mine, whilst not big enough to have to carry it on my back, is slung over one of my shoulders:flute:
...and I'll probably have it out on the walk, so beware!

Go free and easy, loves.
I just found mine hidden in a wardrobe.
I'll bring her out for one day only.
My wife and my boys used to say a lesbian would go round with one of these.
How un-worldly-wise.

Mr Moore, i am with you on this one. What is wrong with a rucksack? Some of those bags that are worn are camper than a row of pink tents.I must be getting old because i just don`t understand the appeal.

Listen chaps...
It's going back in the wardrobe on Sunday lol.:biggrin1:
I used it all the time for a number of years, and it really is very practical re the bulging pockets.
I stopped using it when chequebook carrying became unnecessary.
It will be very useful for stogie transport tomorrow for the herf.
Wearing a Stetson in Smallville, Kent, is probably more unusual, but whatever!
Off to play with the band.
Home late, then up at five to ablute before London.
Ta ta.
