It happens from time to time though i cant remember if its because your humi is either too wet or dry or your just unlucky.
Best way to fix it is by buying some cigar glue works like a charm.

I'm thinking change in humidity...possibly shipping time that shocked the cigars. I guess i might be a lil unlucky. Thanks Reaver.

I had an expensive cigar unravel on me recently (can't remember what it was). I put the tiniest smidge of super glue on it to put it back together. As you obviously don't smoke the very head of a cigar, it didn't really matter as it would get too short on me before the glue would start to burn. This may be a good thing to do if it unravels from the head.
Cgars sell some kind of solution that you can use to repair broken or unraveled wrappers. It's pretty pricey, but i'm gonna try it next time i shop there.

Try Pectin, the stuff that is used to make jam, really cheap & effective solution. I brought a bottle yrs ago & it's still going strong. Just a smear under the wrapper & a gentle smear on top once it's in position. Leave out of the humi for a few hrs to dry of & then replace. The wrapper will look shiny on the repair but I have never detected a problem on smoking.
