There were a bunch of these (http://www.simplycigars.co.uk/montecristo-edicion-limitada-2005-p-509.html)at JJ Fox, in sleek coffin-type boxes.

Me and Peanut were both wondering what they were at the time.

Review here (http://www.cigars-review.org/Montecristo-Montecristo-D-LE-2005.htm).

This is how they come boxed:

Great find, Mr. Deano!

These are excellent puros, IMHO! I smoked one the other night and it was absolutely existential beyond a doubt. :hippie:

But don't trust me...ask senor IV. I believe he may have one of these sticks of gold in his humi, if he hasn't smoked it already. :849:

Well worth the money, but that's just me, mate. :41:

:bandit: Names TJ, TJCoro, and the Monty EL 05 is one of the finest Habana puros available today!!

I know what you mean, senor Ramon. They are so nicely packaged in beautiful wooden coffins, it's hard to crack it open and spark one up...but well worth it when the time is right ! :p

Spirit will let you know when to light one up, amigos! Does me.:hippie:

OK Boys, update on this thread.

I was in JJ Fox earlier this week and I got the low down.

They have about 9 or 10 of these unopened and complete in the humidor in St James's and could probably get more (they say they are not that popular)

The Boxes are from 2005 and the price for a box of 10 is ?160, for a single ?16.95.

They will do Mail order, give Bill a ring and tell him you are from the Forum (I think they are getting to like us in there)

I thought that was a good price from Fox's, so had a look at their website. They are now listed at ?138.95 for a box of 10 or ?14.50 for a single

watch out for vat and delivery charge.

I got mine from cigarsunlimited on Wednesday. I had a work colleague with me and he managed to talk them into giving me a discount. Walked out with a box for ?145.
