Got a few new additions to my collection:
Montecristo No5
Diplomaticos No1 Lonsdales
Alec Bradley The Maxx The Curve Grand MaduroTorpedo
Alec Bradley The Maxx The Freak Grand Maduro Robusto (Cheers Monte)
And a couple of aged ones too:
Partagas 898 and Partagas Tres petit corona

Very nice. I have a couple of the alec bradleys as well, but I've not had a couple days spare to sit down and smoke one of those bad boys yet.

Nice score, Mothman! I have several of the MAXX cigars myself and they are quite nice. Be prepared to spend some time with the "Freak", it's a biggy. :smoke:

I'd be interested to know how the Diplomaticos smokes. i love the No2, its a well hidden gem, but never smoked the 1.

No probs Drew', I smoked a Diplomatico years ago but cant recall it at all, I will let you know. Ive smoked so many brands and sizes over the years I should of kept a log ! :41:

Hmm, I have a MAXX sitting in the humi too doing a damn good impression of a chair leg. It keeps eyeballing me from a dark recess since I haven't had the courage to fire it up yet!

Same here ive just added the Freak to the collection ,might have to write up a method statement before i lite this one, also bought a box of Fonseca No1's, a Punch corona and a parti corona and a couple of Habano robusto to finish, none of which ive tried before.

Smoked the Diplomatico 1 last night and although the draw was tight it was a lovely smoke. Mild in strength, but the cigar had that 'nice' feel to it,an anytime smoke for sure, plain and simply an enjoyable puff. :41:
