It's chock-a-block. It's a double humidor too, i.e. one of those ones from the German guy with drawers up one side and an empty open bit on the left side for the boxes.

I can't get anymore in. And I don't want to smoke 90% of what's in there. I need something bigger, or an addition, already.

I wish I had the same dramas:biggrin1:

I'm thinking of selling/swapping a Hillwood humidor, but it's only about a 75 stick unit, which won't solve your problem Deano.

Go big, it sounds like you need it.

Seems the Yanks have all the fun.

They're large cabinets are literally 25% of the cost of what we would pay. Damn it.

Have you thought about one of the HUGE coolboxes for a coolerdor? They do 100 and 150 quart ones IIRC. Should fit a considerable quantity in one of them.

Go for the cabinet Deano, without any drawers, then you can store all your boxes in one area and use your desktop humi for cigars you are smoking on a regular basis.

I got one of the Foot Locker cabinets from CheapHumidors about a year ago, I've about 15 boxes stuffed into it. Shipping isn't too bad for that size, about $80 as far as I remember and it's not a bad box. I don't think they'll ship the larger ones.
I have two "end table" cabinets with about 40 boxes stuffed into each as well. I need to free up space too, there'll be a few boxes coming home from Spain with me at the end of the month.

I've been looking at the large cabs for a while also Deano, the one's from the State's are certainly better value, I don't really have anywhere to put it as all wall space is covered, you could if your handy convert an existing bit a furniture but it would then cost you in time.

I'm sure you would not be able to send a large one like in the photo over from the states, and I don't know where you could get big one in the UK for less than the price of a kidney.... That's why I came to the walk in option! - I'm full also and I'm away to the states Friday for 4 wk's (forgot to leave room for the NC's ) more thinking required..LOL - by the way that big double width cab holds 5000  I think any larger may be getting a bit out of control! (unless for ageing of course :biggrin1:)

this single width one's nice also, and easy to find space for, (only 2000 though) I'd refit the lower shelf at the top and have them on sliding runners, using the bottom for boxes only.

2000 capacity also from state's

Dave, you still have all the details of the Coolidor project I completed earlier this year mate? If you do could you send it to Deano, I have tried but for some reason I cannot get it all to send? I promised that I would send it earlier, but I have I'm afraid failed miserably.

Thanks mate.

I hate to side with this EL-teasing sonofagun () but...he right. Get a cab with no drawers...means you're not restricted at all

Don't forget that you can remove the drawers and fit boxes in, and if the stock is not in wooden boxes they would be best aged tight in cedar drawers, (SLB cabs of 50 are best - as you all know):smoke:

Hi TJ, There are a lot of site's that list humidors that are the same, so I think there is a manufacturer that may only supply wholesale, the one's I've listed are from:

http://www.humidorvault.com/Deluxe-5000-Cigar-Humidor-p/hum-5000.htm

There in Las Vegas, I plan to pop in and take a look next week or so when there.

Cuban crafters has a nice range of desk tops, only one small cab:
http://humidorswholesaler.com/products.php/item_id/2672

This site has a similar large cab - only cheaper:
http://www.cigarhumidors-online.com/humidors_s2/cigar-humidors/enlarged/billagioenlarge.html
(The billagio is a good price at $1369)

This site has a good list of humidor site's:
http://www.cigargroup.com/weblist/hum.htm

It would take a couple of days to look at all those...good luck!:smoke:

Sorry Gary, just saw this now.
I got them on Ebay from the following seller.
Not exactly like the one shown, the ones I have do not have a drawer or glass top. Just two glass doors, wooden top, lock. I've squeezed nearly fifty boxes into one.
http://cgi.ebay.ie/HUMIDOR-CABINET-CHERRY-PERFECT-COMBINATION-SELF-RE_W0QQitemZ390054888657QQcmdZViewItemQQptZUK_Coll ectables_Tobacciana_Smoking_LE?hash=item5ad11544d1&_trksid=p4634.c0.m14.l1262&_trkparms=%7C301%3A1%7C293%3A2%7C294%3A30

I'm sure other people here have used this seller too, I've never had a problem with him. The cabinets work very well.
Alternatively, give Foxes in Dublin a call. David the manager said he would get prices on the "Habanos" cabinets. These are about 5 feet tall and will hold 80-100 boxes. £800 - £1000 I think.

Hmmm... interesting. German blokes that translate like Chinese:

Glas top and front

in top 5 area for loose cigars

top can be close with key

for on 100 cigars and 25 cigar boxes

Intermediate subject at height adjustably or can be taken out

Sight from crystal glass

Lockable (inclusive spare keys)

6 large humidifiers on acrylic polymers basis (adjusting)

quality double blade cutter (trade mark Angelo)

trade mark double flame cigar lighter (trade mark Eurojet)

golden colored imersable quadral hinge

new and original wrapped

This is brand new in box

On your disize we could send your on self regulation system based on acrylic polymer. Acrylic polymer cristals take about the skill 300 of their owen weight skill of moisture in this way you may immerge the polymers only every 7 or 8 weeks in distilled water for refilling.
Humidor with the acrylic polymer humidifier have a positivity that the moisture stay by 70-72% self regulating and take stability on the system for absorbing the air moisturance fluctuation. It get faster constant and take system balanced. The acrylic polymers are for the buyer at no cost

To be honest I have no idea where they're made. Very possibly China. I have no affiliation whatsoever with the company.
What I do know is that they hold humidity spot on (I don't use their polymer stuff) and after months of phone calls and e-mails to the US, UK, Germany, Spain, Italy and around Ireland, that was the best "bang for the buck" cabinet I could find that would ship to my house.

Here we go. So full I had to move and shift a couple of half empty boxes around.

Need to get a coolidor going, for the boxes.
