Nice little store. There was another I spotted in Madrid but it was closed for lunch and I didn't go back.

The guy in the last photo asked me for royalties hehe

The second to last was my purchases - plus a Partagas travel humidor with 6 D4's.

Great Photographs Deano and I love the way they have the manufacturer logo infront of each cigar.

I want to go there, I can almost smell it!

Brilliant stuff Deano, like some undercover agent, sneaking in the pics from all angles!

Royalties? cheeky chappy ought to be sending you some for the free plug:smoke:

I take it that was your last trip over there the other month and not a spur of the moment thing in the last few days?

The little leather tray is cute too.

Right then, who's up for burrowing up through the floor when they're closed?:p

Panto - it was in my guide book so I went there on purpose to see the shop.

CJ yeh from last month, just forgot to put pictures up. I was meant to get more of the prices in but didn't have time.

looks like a veritable playground for cigar lovers Deano.
Quality selecton; reckon you would be pushed to find anything as extensive in the UK.

Hi there I'm Luigi, an italian living in Colombia, South America. I was living in Madrid for almost 5 years 1999-2004... 3 blocks away from la Calle de Magallanes where this fantastic puros shop is located! Thank you for these pics that make me remember all the times I bought there my preferred Partadas D5 or HdM Epicure N2 or H.Up Magnum 46 cigars! Right now, I'm cutting a Partagas Mille Fleurs (it's 11 am here) using a Cava de Magallanes cutter that they gift to me before I leave Spain for Italy in 2004....

I remember there was a very nice woman as vendor, with beautiful hands and fantastic long red nails..... thank you again for the pics these puros shop is a dream!

PS. I apologize for my english.

Very nice pics, Deano! Thanks for sharing them. I would love to walk into a shop selling nothing but habanos. Damn, I have to get to Spain.

Sorry if this type of thread isnt allowed - i've searched and there are other threads talking about buying in spain.

Had a fantastic year in my business and am expecting a nice dividend next month. I've set aside £1.5k for cigars and am considering booking a short weekend jaunt to barcelona to purchase cigars. Will the prices be worth the effort? I have seen the price lists and it looks to be about a 30% savings.

Your thoughts?

Don't know why you've begun this topic on Barca, on this existing topic about Madrid.

I would suggest Gibraltar if you want v. cheap cigars, but I suppose from Spain you can bring back more than 50.

Well, 'cos it's better than Liverpool Dean .... looks like I might have to wait a season or two for a good excuse now .... if we ever get Real in the Champions League!

Yea its because I was reading this thread, then wanted to post a new one, but got involved in work conversation…. so long story short was a mistake!
