I got a nice email from Dean who asked me to advertise here. So...

http://tabak-pietsch.de/images/logo/zigarre_web_350x.gif

We run a small, but nice and personal web offer of smoker equipment for some years.
There is a webshop and an ebay shop:
webshop: www.tabak-pietsch.de (http://www.tabak-pietsch.de)
ebay: www.tabakbauer.de (http://www.tabakbauer.de)

Small introduction:
Tabak Pietsch is specialising in Smoker Equipment and Smoker Accessories. Our line of goods is not meant to assist addiction at as low prices as possible, but to offer smoking pleasure. For this goal classy and useful equipment at a considerable price is needed.
Each product offered is selected in terms of good cost/performance ratio: Each new item is selected carefully. Before it is offered online, each product has been tested personally for some time. Not until we are satisfied, new items are listed online. The resulting product choice includes affordable products, which are worth the money. Additionally, the goods are checked carefully before they are shipped. Blemished goods or class B merchandises are sorted out. So, you can be sure not to receive hasty wrapped goods which might include some surprises.

On the one hand we set value on offering goods at a affordable price with good cost/performance ratio. On the other hand we attach importance to service. This does not only mean fast Shipping at considerable rates, but also good email-communication. Our basic principle is: The customers should always be treated in the way, oneself would like to be treated as customer.
Shipping and Handling according to your order is calculated dynamically and starts at 0.70 Euro. It will not work to offer cheaper Shipping and handling.

email Support with reference to this Forum:
If someone placed an order or has questions in general, I ask you to use the addy email that you find on the sites. You will got an answer usually within 24 hours. I cannot have a finger in every pie.

standard delivery time to UK (/Europe):
The usual delivery time to UK is ca. 2-7 working days, what means that you receive your mail usually within one week after it has been dispatched. All orders are wrapped carefully in sturdy wrapping and are sent via DHL Airmail service. The delivery firm in UK is Royal Mail. If you are not at home when your goods arrive, you can pick them up at the local post office.

£75.58 + Shipping

I was looking for a quality electronic Humidifier for some months and finally decided to choose the Adorini Le Veil. The quality is very good and the price is also - comparad to similar products - cheap.

I have moved my shop to another server on September 10th, because there were Downtimes again and again. The provider guarantees a fast connection, so, I think that it was worth the effort. Took some time to restore the Database, but now the shop literally runs fast.

As you know, I select all items carefully before I wrap them for dispatch.
So, there are Humidors that are new, but (slightly) blemished. They look well, some sellers would probably sell them as new, but I don't. From time to time I sell those Humidors as 1B.

Already sold: If you are interested, the following Humidor was available on www.tabak-pietsch.de (http://www.tabak-pietsch.de/product_info.php?products_id=177).

Had a very quick delivery and smooth transaction from our friends at Tabak Pietsch today, 100g of acrylic polymer for my humi. Great retailer as always.

Had the polymer in the humi now for a few days and its doing the trick very nicely, constant 66%.

I agree with you.
I tried several cutters during the intertabac days. Each one had some similar kind of credit card design. That cutter was the one that cutted best.
(I had reservations, because the prices of both cutters are low, which implicates from a customer's point of view that those are of corresponding (low) quality.)

Hello,

as you know there are Humidors which I sell as 1B offer from time to time. I'm known for the quality of my Humidors, because I mke sure that only Humidors without belemishes are sold.
Those Humidors have small blemishes, but still look well and work perfectly well. Only having a real close look you see that these Humidors are not perfect. Real bargains!!

You've got some great stuff there fella.

Are the two cutters above self-sharpening? It may be a dumb question but I have very little experience with cutters, I've always just used the £1 single blade pieces of junk that are on the counter in the tobacconists.

Well. I really don't know if they're self-sharping, but they are sharp. <!--[if gte vml 1]><v:shapetype id="_x0000_t75" coordsize="21600,21600" o:spt="75" o:preferrelative="t" path="m@4@5l@4@11@9@11@9@5xe" filled="f" stroked="f"> <v:stroke joinstyle="miter"/> <v:formulas> <v:f eqn="if lineDrawn pixelLineWidth 0"/> <v:f eqn="sum @0 1 0"/> <v:f eqn="sum 0 0 @1"/> <v:f eqn="prod @2 1 2"/> <v:f eqn="prod @3 21600 pixelWidth"/> <v:f eqn="prod @3 21600 pixelHeight"/> <v:f eqn="sum @0 0 1"/> <v:f eqn="prod @6 1 2"/> <v:f eqn="prod @7 21600 pixelWidth"/> <v:f eqn="sum @8 21600 0"/> <v:f eqn="prod @7 21600 pixelHeight"/> <v:f eqn="sum @10 21600 0"/> </v:formulas> <v:path o:extrusionok="f" gradientshapeok="t" o:connecttype="rect"/> <o:lock v:ext="edit" aspectratio="t"/> </v:shapetype><v:shape id="_x0000_i1025" type="#_x0000_t75" alt="" style='width:11.25pt; height:11.25pt'> <v:imagedata src="file:///C:\DOKUME~1\PHILIP~1.PIE\LOKALE~1\Temp\msohtml1\01 \clip_image001.gif" o:href="http://www.ukcigarforums.com/images/smilies/newpack/smile.gif"/> </v:shape><![endif]--><!--[if !vml]-->:smile:<!--[endif]-->

Some of you might probably know that I love cycling and that I am part of a small, but nice Hobby Team. One of us once had the idea that it would improve our outward appearance at races if we were wearing our own jerseys and pants. We finally decided that out clothing should be in black-white-red because those colors are part of most of your bikes. I agreed to do the work of designing and ordering the jerseys in Italy. In return I was allowed to place my logo on the clothing.

On my first rides on the road I had the feeling that I was exposing something that I didn't want to show everybody. It's also right that some people (women/men) look as if they were taking some special interest in you, but, basically, they really can't see a thing that.

I updated the design of the shop a bit. And I also included a Facebook "like it" Button. To my mind, one doesn't really have to like the "like it" Buttons, but they are very helpful to increase visitor rates. If one of you like the Shop, please click the "Likte it" Button, even if you think that it's kind of odd. It really helps me a lot. Thanks in advance.

Not checked out your website in a while as i usually browse ebay for your items. Nice to see some new items (voices get out of my head).

I did notice if your browser window isn't big enough it crops the left hand side of the site and you can not scroll left. Also the like button is a facebook like this button. I would click it but i don't use facebook. For info i'm browsing using Safari 5.0.2.

Yes, I had a bit of trouble. Had a lot of work to do for my studies, but did nothing but installing facebook boxes all day in addition to dispatching orders. Some pages are still not displayed correct, because the item description are to wide, but most content works well. I checked it both on 22" LCD and netbook and it looks well.
http://www.tabak-pietsch.de/product_info.php?cPath=27_29&products_id=192&language=en
(The webshop is actually my father's business, because I'm really busy doing my work for university, serving my ebay customers and doing my cycling practice 5 days a week. However, he doesn't really know how to do and so it was my job to install the new "features".)

Concerning facebook: I always used to laugh about those people, who are totally addicted to social networks. But then I read a funny article in the German Playboy Magazine about facebook user types and so I found out that facebook offers an easy chance to show customers that the webshop is managed well. On ebay that's no problem, but a standard webshop doesn't really show anything about the people who are running the shop.
In my opinion Facebook for private use is not really needed, but for business goal it's a useful thing to stay in touch with your customers and show everyone that you are still there.

PS: The intertabac tradefair was interesting. Several new items will be listed in the follwoing days. I'm going to provide you with an overview in this thread.

Hello,

as you know there are Humidors which I sell as 1B offer from time to time. I'm known for the quality of my Humidors, because I mke sure that only Humidors without belemishes are sold.
Those Humidors have small blemishes, but still look well and work perfectly well. Only having a real close look you see that these Humidors are not perfect. Real bargains!!

This Humidor is a very nice one, but currently sold out. I am hopefully able to relist it in some weeks, but it's out of stock at the moment.

Several customers were looking for Pad Humidfiers, which can be used instead of Crystals or the usual sponges. It took some time and effort, but I finally found the product, tested it for several weeks now (since June). I changed all my private humidifiers to pads in the meantime. it goes without saying that I'm totally satisfied.

Please have a look here: http://www.tabak-pietsch.de/product_info.php?cPath=27_47&products_id=226
EDIT: Dimensions: 5 x 5 cm

Don't need any at the moment but i agree they are hard to find if you need to get them. Thanks for another great product. Might want to post the dimensions of the pads on your site, i'm guessing they are around 4 or 5 cm along one side.

Just found this thread, and I wanted to add another good word for Tabak Pietsch. I ordered an Angelo digital hygrometer from the ebay shop. Shipment (Germany to Greece) was impressively fast, communication was perfect, and the hygrometer is perfectly accurate in the salt test!

Thanks for the hint. Dimensions of the Pads are exactly 5 x 5 cm.

I'm thinking of buying these and a Passatore humidifier (as video) and using the unit as a divider on the tray of a 100 count. Would they be suitable?

The Pads would work perfectly fine with the Humidfier. However, please have an eye on the ciagrs next to teh Humidifier, if you're goign to use it as a divider. The Humidity is always a tad higher there than in the rest of teh humidor. That applies to all Humidifiers. The Pads might however be the best choice if you're going to do it. Should work well, but checking the the cigars next to it, would make sense. :)

PS: Sorry for the late answer. Was quite busy (because of the shop) within the last days and did not check the forum. The shop now runs on a new server with improved speed and finally without any down-times so far.

I received some Humidors yesterday morning, that I had almost forgotten.
A very nice black Humidor for ca. 50 cigars with a genuine glass top. Great quality. My new favourite 50 cigar Humidor.

What I really..no REALLY like with Tabak Pietsch is that he puts a golf-ball on most of the pictures... He's taken the time to take the picture himself, not just copy from something similar on the web..

K U D O S for doing that!!

Oh, board has changed since my last visit. New Board Style. Nice. :)
I was quite busy during the last months, will try to visit more frequently again. If you have any questions, please contact me directly via my Homepage (email). I usually answer each email on the same day.

Quite accidentally I got a new Humidor this week. (Ordered another type, but got this one.)
As a matter of course I decided to keep hold of these fine Humidors:
This Humidor is larger than the ordinary 50 cigar size, holds up to ca. 75 Coronas. Special about it is the brilliant finish. An absolutely carefully manufactured product. The price is hot.

Perfect Humidor for Beginners. Sufficent Capacity, quality product. (Of course with my instructions and support included; as always.)

Some people, who are board members or at least know the thread, asked me for a free sample of my crystal pads.
http://www.tabak-pietsch.de/product_info.php?cPath=27_47&products_id=226
They deliver humidity controlled. The values will become more stable than with conventional system and the maximum is only less much than 70%.
Pads are also totally easy to handle when you equip your Humidifier Box with these.

vH4jnNBB5CA

Of course I gladly send a sample of these world-wide totally free of charge.
If one of you would like to give the pads a try, please contact me (via my shop email from my site) and you will receive your test-sample soon.
