Some pages on the site seem to be very wide (wider than my laptop's widest screen resolution).

Is there anything that can be done about this? Could the location bit be limited to a certain length? (I've noticed that when the location is long it makes the right hand bit wider and pushes the edge out a bit).

:o

Yeh I think I need to now limit it. It was a bit of a joke to begin with - people would put huge Locations in.

I'll change it to about 20chars.

Let me know if this helps.

Please let me know where you see it/if you see it, and I'll ask the users to change their location(s). Thanks for your help!

Thanks.

Still a couple of pages at the moment (e.g. here (http://www.ukcigarforums.com/showthread.php?t=1922)).

The main forum page is quite wide too. Is that the chat box or the forum matrix?

Thanks again. :smoke:

That'll be Boss Hog - will edit his profile.

Main forum page? Absolute front page do you mean or the forum listing index?

The forum listing page is the wide one. The absolute home page is spot on.

What res you running at?

It is quite wide.

Please point out anymore people with silly location sizes.

Thanks mate.

My resolution is 1024x768 - fairly standard (and the max my laptop will go to).

Thanks for working on it.

I can't work out what's actually doing it. Can't be the chatbox as I reduced its size and no change. Bit of a pain tbh, and I'd like to get it sorted. (Though that's a pretty low res these days).

It might be the new icons. However I don't know if I can reduce the 'Forum' title column to be smaller.
