Might head down if I'm around Plymouth at the start of August, but doubtful unfortunately.
Sort of thing I was thinking when I asked if their were any sailors, but my idea involved a proper yacht and probably on the Solent as its bit more central, plus you've got the gorgeous Gunwharf Quays frontage. Every pub I've been to in/near Falmouth has been decent enough, but you definitely know you're in Cornwall... :eek:

I know what you mean Simon, I went to Falmouth once, that's enough for me! Solent herf sounds great, I'm on the East side of Portsmouth and am a dab hand at pulling ropes :41:

Often visit a friend in lee-on-solent , so let me know of a pompey herf.
