Recently set up a new bed frame and have reamalgamated my room layout. I have room for my humi somewhere and would like to work it in. But I think the sun hits every angle of my room. Obvs its not ideal to have it in direct sunlight...... Could I put it in a drawer, or some kind of cover of sorts. Ill have to study the sunpatterns and maybe I can put a high shelf up which avoids the sun, but so far, not so sure. Would love to hav the humi in bedroom

We all love our cigars! But to want them in your bedroom? Good god man!LOL:eek:
Now on a serious note If you have a basement thats the place for it. Other wise the maintance is going to be alot of work. It should be in the coolest room in the house.

Good question Mr B...

I keep my humidors in the lounge, (one of the coolest rooms in the house, practically and visually - Boast!!) on one wall we have a chimney breast (chimney no longer in use) with alcoves either side, I built cupboards/shelves in the alcoves and I keep my two front loading humidors in there where it is cool and dark which is the best environment for your cigars.

Hope this helps...!?!

Cheers, HabanoSy

coolest place? well talking about my experiece when I first got into cigars, I used to keep the humidity around 75% and put the humidor in a fridge at around 15 degrees. Visually, not the best option
