The second band? Only UK RE Ramon Allones I could find was a 2005 (http://www.cubancigarwebsite.com/brand.aspx?brand=Ram%7Con_Allones#United_Kingdom), but it had no second band.

Give that man a.....pat on the back. Well done Davieboy. Spot on :hail::hail::hail:
Only ever came out (AFAIK) with a RA band and no RE band. Amazingly good cigar but at £13+ a go, not one for everyday smoking. The good news is that two other countries are having them as REs next year and IIRC one of them is Switzerland so should be decently priced

typical bloke should have read it all
The Regional Edition cigars normally have two bands.
The main band is normally a standard production band, but can be a modified / enhanced band, or a replica of an old band.
The second band is a special red & silver band. Earlier releases used a common "Edicion Regional" band that does not include the region name. Most releases use a standard band type, which states "Exclusivo", followed by the Region Name in Spanish.
The 2005 UK release did not have a second band.
