Yea, I nicked those photos from a cigar site.
Lovely cigars.
There are couple of cigars in there with a band which has "Che" on it.Top row 1st picture on the left.

I never heard a brand called Che.

Any idea guys?

Jesus, now there are some good looking sticks- good job Smokincohibas.

Are they yours Smokincohibas? If so you're a very lucky man (and one with exemplary taste) Would you mind running through which special release humidors those sticks in the first photo came from? Also are those Monte Maravillas from the book humi?

EDIT- Sorry just saw your last post

A good question, there indeed never was a brand called Che. They won't have been any regular production cigar, the rest of the cigars in the first photo have come from special release humidors (or dinners), so my guess would be that. No idea which one though.

Those black labelled ones in the same photo I believe were special production from the Partagas factory and only available there, to commenmorate the 10th anniversary of their shop.

Thanks for the pm SmokinCohibas, it seems that those 'Che' banded cigars came from a special production Che Geuvara humidor designed by Elie Bleu. Elie Bleu sometimes work with Habanos I believe, so these cigars will I imagine be cuban, and produced in one of the Havana factories, just given a different band.

Certainly a good looking bit of kit, but would be a big investment I imagine. It looks like Elie Bleu only made 50, if any are still available (at auction or something) I imagine they'd fetch some serious dough.

Now I have to say, though I prefer pictures of the cigars themselves...those pictures of tubes on Smokin's link look really cool. I tend to keep my old tubes, kidding myself they might come in handy to act as a poor man's cigar travel case...but in reality, I just can't bear to throw them away!
