England qualify for the finals 5-1 against Croatia and have two games in hand ! Is it going to appen in Sath Efrika ?
And once again shame about the cricket 3 down, any hope ?

Cricket, no hope I am afraid.

The football, I cannot wait for us to meet a tradition enemy. France, Germany, Argentina or France (yeh, I am not a fan of the cheese eating surrender monkeys). Sadly this is the best thing we get to a decent scrap since some hippy decided war and empire was a "bad" thing!

And once again shame about the cricket 3 down, any hope ?Doesn't matter, we won the test series, that's the main thing. Strangely, I love test match cricket :smile: , and quite like T20, but cannot stand 40/45/50 over cricket.

Though not at all interested in football... So why I opened this thread I shall never know. :doh: :der:

And Scotland fail again, dammit! i'm really getting bored with being heroic failures! Where is the new Law, Dalgleish, Baxter? Are all the kids just sitting on their rear ends playing video games? Surely there must be some decent midfield/forwards!

There again, i've got a feeling that the above named players would have their individuality and skill coached out of them by the time they were 20, nowadays. All I can do is compare Darren (the in visible man) Fletcher and Kenny (oops, there goes another chance) Miller with the likes of Dalgleish and Law. What am I talking about? there is NO comparison!
