Holy mother of.....

Base camp suffered severe damage in recent exchanges. Taking two massive strikes to the operations room essentially rendered all resistance impossible.

:yield:

The first impact struck the primary generators just less than one week ago. I arrived back from the herf to find a wonderful package of cigars - all kinds of goodies had made a massive crater. I received an email from G-man telling me that he'd got some RP 1992 2nds that he had said he would send me. I couldn't pin him down on postage. Then I 'ordered' some El Rey del Mundos (NC variety) from him (from the for sale section). He refused to accept any form of payment for either of these two sets of cigars, and added a couple of other nice looking sticks too! Top, top man. Even if it did cause a messy clean up operation... ;) :hail:

Then, today, on an unexpected trip back to base camp (Gloucester) from the forward operating base (Plymouth), I arrive to a scene of devestation. The whole operations room, including primary and secondary generators, all radar and communications equipment are shot. This has been a big strike, on a massive scale. I radioed to the teams left at the FOB and order an immediate, tactical withdrawal. The damage sustained in the strike made further operations unsustainable. Celsis, you have been forewarned, retaliation will be swift! Thanks for the little selection of big cigars - they look extremely tasty! :hail:

You know, you chaps here have been giving a tongue bath to the ERDM and it got to the point where I couldn't stand it any more so I looked into procuring some. Welp, first thing I noticed is that they only come in the beginners' sizes; nothing really large enough for a MAN to smoke. Then, I noticed they only come in the MAN's price range; nothing really cheap enough for a piker to smoke.

Howsowhatever, in the course of researching them, I hapt to chanct 'pon the ERDM NC (Honduran). Got some rilly, rilly favorable reviews. Took the risk, ordered a box of Robusto Larga (twice the size of the CC's at less than half the price).

Mama mia! I'm-a winn-a da lotteria!

Big mother 6 x 54; solid (weighs in at about 3 stone); wrapped in that funny tissue paper the CC is; talk about your proverbial dark, oily wrapper... this should be in the textbook; burned dead even, leaving a pure, white ash; and YUMMY, YUMMY, YUMMY! rich, robust, creamy volumes of smoke.

Think you might be in for a pleasant surprise, SG.

Probably been out too long in the strong, Floridian sun, no doubt.

:pound:

:hmmmm: Hmmmm. I may have to mosey over to the ol' B&M and check one out sometime. Not often I cum across a N/C that can hold a candle to fine Habano puros.

The forensics are in from the ordnance division. Their findings are outlined below, with pictures of the suspected explosives...

http://www.ukcigarforums.com/picture.php?albumid=77&pictureid=1267

The first impact was directed from somewhere in the United States of America, believed to be PA. The main basis of the ordnance was deemed to have been: a Tony Borhani Bahia Trinidad, a pair of RP 1992 2nds, a Nestor Miranda Special Selection Lancero and five ERdM (NC) Cafe au Laits (in place of the Rectangulares which were difficult to find - I hate to think how big your humi must be G-Man! ).

The second attack, believed to have originated from just north of the Anglo-Scottish border was heavy-weight...

A Rocky Patel (very nice, very big), accompanied by a Diplomaticos No2 and a La Gloria Cubana - which I believe to be NC (possibly Hermoso), as the Cuban variety don't produce such thick-set bad-boys.

:hail: to you both. :thumb:
