Trouble uploading avatar image.

I just can't get a pic to upload. The ones I've tried have been within the size parameters but no joy.

Any suggestions?

Does it upload and not display? Or just not upload at all?

I ask because I see you have a profile picture loaded. I have known many people upload a profile pic instead of an avatar.
