My boss is having a baby in December and Ive been asked to source a cigar to give her husband to celebrate the birth with, I was thinking a tubed cigar as he doesnt have a humi it will at least keep it in ok condition for a while but Id like to get a Churchill or something quite big for the ocasion.

Does anyone have something along those lines and want to do a trade? Ive got many cigars to trade just not many tubed sticks!

Tubed Siglo VI has to be the `classic' answer to this question, surely :pop2:

yeah I mean any large tubed would do I guess but a Cohiba would been nice, Id rather trade someone for one but will get some cash out her collection if I have to.

Do you not give people gifts Jimmy? you should try it sometime :smoke:

be good to get a box from the birth month and year to set aside for milestones in the child's life too.

it would but as he doesn't have a humi its more a one off to smoke while wetting the babies head sort of thing

Oh i do - but you stated you had been asked to source- not that you were getting a gift :-p. I think siglo IV is probably best bed - or a Monte edmundo.

I've got a huge CAO cigar in a glass tube if you want it. Got it from a friend and don't even know what it is, far less how it smokes......

I have a spare one of the metal slide tubes that Habanos give out with all the brand labels on. You could put pretty much what you want in it. Reasonably airtight and pretty enough to give as a presentation?

ah thats an idea Big T, what size stick do you reckon it will take? would it get a Monte Sublime in there?

I will go check, I suspect not, but a Churchill or Esplendido would fit, get back shortly.

Well goodness! It fits just exactly. Be careful how you put it in as you could catch the edge of the cigar and cause damage but it does fit. Not over snug but certainly nothing to spare either.

So any good?
