Best European site for cutter/lighter prices

As title suggest, looking to get a decent cutter (probably a Xikar xi2) and maybe a new lighter but don't want the cost/delay of buying from Asia or US so can anyone recommend any UK,Swiss,other euro sites ?

I tried Cigarsofhabanos but only accesories they seem to have is ashtrays and puroexpress don't seem to stock Xikar.

Any help appreciated !

I will be auctioning off a Xikar xi2 cutter/3 cigar combo in the sales section within a week or two. If you are interested, keep an eye out for it.

Was going to suggest cgars too.

But since I'm here, one thing I would say about the Xi2. It's a great cutter, but don't let the knob unscrew, it's a pain the ass to get back together. A drop of thread lock works wonders.

You got some Palio cutters there, cheaper and better then the Xykan IMO.
