I am looking for a small, used (but in good condition if possible) and really cheap humidor. If you have something available, please let me know!
Thank you!

That's truly awesome, but I can't afford it right now!
Do you know how long will this offer last?

Rokkit, it says on the site that it's a $500 minimum purchase for international shipping. Good buy though.

Saggel, PM me.

Still looking...
Found some nice solutions on puroexpress but p&p are double the price of humidor!

Ebay saggel:

I know it's cliched, but you might pick up the proverbial bargain.

I have seen that Lee, but still are a bit expensive for my budget!

I've already tried on eBay but there is nothing interesting or in good price.
I would go for something like this (http://www.puroexpress.com/Online_Shop/Service/Detail/Product/1406/Travel_Size_Humidors/Capri_Glass_Top.html), but p&p make it unfordable! :frown:

Sounds like you might be suited for a tupperdor at the moment. I have used, and still use, one for a limited number of cigars and it gets the job done. Might not look pretty but with a limited budget it will keep your sicks in good condition while you save up for a wood box (if you even go that route). Search the forum for cakeboxdor or tupperdor and you will see what I mean.

Hi saggel

I don't want to: 'stick my oar in' or, 'muddy the waters', any further etc (but what the hell), but, speaking from my own experience, I'd be tempted to suggest holding out until you've found the biggest humidor you can source within the budget you've set.

Simply because, in no time at all, you'll have filled a smaller one and then need to buy another (trust me on this, the buggers on this forum will 'make you do it'!).
I suspect once Christmas is out of the way you'll start to see more choice on ebay, and, at more realistic prices.
In the meantime, perhaps a tupperware/tupperdore solution might solve the issue of short term storage?

I'll keep an eye out myself and post back if I spot anything that might fit the bill. Anyhow, good luck in the hunt. :cowboyic9:

I agree-keep going with the plastic containers. I'm a year into this now and I'm still going strong with the coolbox, the tupperware and the plastic storage box from B&Q. A cheap wooden humidor is likely to be crap in all honesty, and you'll out grow it in no time. Any sign of those pouches yet?

I guess you are more than right but I actually can't fit something really big in my room...

Got them today and I am really thankful.
I have lent my camera to a friend! I'll shoot them and post on the respective thread...

Over christmas my humidor has suddenly got full (hurrah).
So I need a bigger humi or go the tuppedor route.
The humi option is a non-starter at the moment so how do you set up the cheapskate version?

Hey Saggel

I have just bought a bigger Humi and waiting delivery, which means my old one is surplus to requirements, I will hopefully have it delivered this week and then need to set it up so mine will be available in the next couple of weeks. its a tampa humidor purchace from about three years ago and will hold about 100 - 125 sticks. It is in good condition and holds a steady 70% for me. let me know if this any good for you and I will make sure it goes for a good price.
