Hey FerrycrossdeMersey
How much for a couple of boxes shipped to the UK?
Hey Nicwing,
For 1kg, rate is $ 50.40 by TNT, door to door service. Are you running with cigar business? I am looking for someone who can be my distributor in UK. If you have interest in Indonesia cigar, i can send FREE sample for you :smoke: and maybe you can share with other members near you for testing :cowboyic9:

We established as importer Cigar Company since 1997 under BM OLSSON GROUP, and as a member of EURO TRADE CHAMBER. Since in the beginning of 2007, We started to making own cigar with own brands and distribute it to worldwide. We develop cigar with Indonesia blend made from combination Indonesia and Cuba tobaccos, our hope is our cigar can fulfill the different taste demand outside Cuban and everybody will knows INDONESIA CIGAR.
We produce and sell unbranded cigar also to fulfill international market demand for private label and un label cigars.

I've had cigars with Indonesian wrappers, so far, all to my liking.
Cuban Crafters actually makes a 6 x 52, unbanded, bundle cigar (not available on their website, but which I can get from my local retailer who has connections with Don Kiki) with an Indonesian wrapper that runs around $2.50 USD (about £1.50) a stick. Excellent big smoke!
However, ferrydegirl, you should also consider sending some of your very interesting sounding cigars to a number of us here on the other side of the pond (USA). I would be happy to act as distributor for our many American members of this forum.
Once you have Private Message (PM) privileges, feel free to contact me for further information.

Hi Rokkitsci,
It was nice to hear member here knowing Indonesia cigar. Yes i want to send some sample of cigar for this forum member, i did it also for other cigar forum and it running well :cowboyic9: I will give Free cigars to be tested (10x4 brands i have), total 40 cigars.
This is the way i was thinking: to do a pass member to member. For example, I send them to you, you take one each brand, send them to Nicwing, he takes one each brand, Nicwing sends them to the next guy, he takes one, etc. etc.
Rules of the pass I was thinking of were:
-Participants must have 60 days of membership or more and positive trader-feedback
-Participants must post their detailed thoughts/opinions or a full review of the cigars within 45 days of receiving the package
-Other pass rules apply, like once you receive the package, don't take more than the specified amount, and make sure to send the box to the next guy ASAP
What do you think Guys? :cowboyic9:
Btw, i usualy online at Yahoo, Sype, and MSN messenger, you can reach me on it :smoke:
Cheers

Great idea this, will be interesting to read the reviews of the same cigar from different B/SOTL.
It may be a good idea to set a lose frame work for the review data, it could then be combined for an overall score, we could create a rating system, and a review listing, this would then be beneficial for the manufacturers (can be used in marketing like CA's rating system!) and also promotes the forum.
With the membership size and level of experience on the forum, the opinions/ratings of cigars would be of great benefit to manufacturers :biggrin1:
Would not take long to get to a reasonable number of reviews, the review panel could be rotated with a mixture of experience level...
Worth a bit of thought! :smoke:

Hi guys (and Ferri) the cigars arrived safely today and lovely tight little numbers they are too.
So, I shall set to work sorting out posting labels for them and get them in the post next week.
One point is, and I will reinforce this when I send them out, I don't have room in the freezer to put them in for a couple of days so if you are ultra cautious you might want to consider how you store them.
Thanks again Ferri, and watch this space for reviews over the next couple of weeks.

Cant believe i am the first.....
I smoked my last night. Now i have never reviewed a cigar in this fashion - and i, and i know a number of others who are the same, am unable to describe the main tastes of cigars- though on the occasion - a flavour will slap me in the face and i will be able to shout it like a small child - therefore, my review shall be simple and to the point.
The cigar, if i remember correctly, was:
GALACTICO:$5.00 per stick
Ring gauge: 50
Length: 4.78"
Packaging: Personal wooden box/2 sticks
Regular wooden box/20 sticks
Taste: Medium to strong
Filler: Secret blend
Binder and Wrapper: Java Besuki
Appearance:
The cigar was slightly dry when i received it, however i placed in a humi-pouch for the week that it was with me, so it was less so when i came to smoke it. The cigar itself was quite firm, throughout and well pack - i was expecting it to be tight when i cut it, which worried me. The wrapper was smooth and relatively few veins and slightly oily. The band was well glued on and looked professional. If i were in a cigar shop in the US looking at Non Cubans - then i would definitely pick this up and take a look. On Monday when i, and others, was passed our cigar from Nic - I said - it seems well constructed - and a chorus of "thats what we said" came from the crowd. I unfortunately didnt take any photos.
Score: 13/15
Draw / Burn:
I had forgotten my cutter and lighter last night, which is odd for me, and so i was using borrowed tools. As a break from my tradition, i used Trevor's punch for this cigar - slightly concerned as it was still slightly dry and i didnt want to ruin the cap my using a cutter. The cigar punched easily, and the cut tobacco was removed from the cigar without hassle....so far so good.
I then hesitantly took the first draw - expecting it to be like drawing through a candy cane.... it was fine - perfect draw - not too tight, not too loose! I was a happy customer so far.
Upon lighting - i commenced my smoking experience- naturally. I will come to flavour etc shortly. But as for the burn - the burn was uneven for the first third and had to be corrected, but after that- it was perfect all the way to the nub. I think that the uneven burn to start was due to it being slightly dry. The ash was strong and white - until it got to about a third in and then turned to a dark grey and slightly less attractive - but no different to any many other cigars i have smoked.
Score: Due to the poor burn at the start, but also due to the good draw - 14/20
Flavour & Complexity:
This is the part of my review that will suck balls....
My first draw of smoke was pleasant - but nothing special obviously- but a couple of draws later i had a horrible taste enter my mouth - so much so that i had to "ick" aloud. This isnt the first time that i have had this happen to me with a non cuban - so it wasnt necessarily a bad sign just yet - i just hoped the flavour didnt continue. I "purged" the cigar at this point, just to see if this helped. It did - the harshness never came back....
The first third was VERY mild - but pleasant- nothing interesting though.
The second third started to get a bit more interesting - became slightly more medium and was quite enjoyable.
The third third - became quite exciting - gained more body and was definately up to a standard of something that i would smoke regularly.
The cigar became a lot stronger as i smoked through it, but i wouldnt say it was the most complex cigar ive ever smoked - but was a great change of pace.
Score: 21/30
Overall:
I am a sucker for cuban cigars - however- i started smoking cigars whilst in the states and never have forgotten that and so there is a lot of space in my heart/humidor for non cuban cigars- however i have found myself, at times, thinking to myself during certain non cubans - about half way through - " bored now - whats next?". I did not think that once with this cigar. It kept my attention all of the way through and was a most pleasant smoke. for the price of this- $5 i believe - its a very reasonably priced cigar!
I am not the best to review a cigar -however I know when i enjoy a cigar - which i did with this - and so my result may not correlate with everybody elses..but oh well.
Score 29/35
Total: 77

Thank you Old Brother.
Yes, they have different taste from their filler blends. Unique tobacco from some beautiful tobacco plantation in East Java, Middle Java, and Lombok Island, mixed by blending master that has more than 20 years experiences to get unique taste of cigars. All of them are made from pure Indonesian plantation tobaccos. I want to give you "the beautiful taste of Indonesian Cigar", I know some cigar lovers/importers have underestimate for Indonesian Cigar, I want to change their opinion with presenting our best quality cigar and get some test from every guys who involved on this game. :smoke: I believe UK cigar member is the great place for me to get some testing and reviewing of Indonesian Cigar, I believe with your test and review can be my starting step to introduce "the beautiful of Indonesian cigar".

Sparked mine up last night.
The cigar at first glance looked ok, but did have a couple of pronounced veins. The cap was a bit lopsided but did come off in a clean cut.
First taste was of spice and wood. This was shaping to be ok! Burn was perfect till about half way and then started burning down one side only. I gave it a little time and it righted itself.
Problem was that there was no taste progression! It remained pretty one dimensional all the way through, just getting stronger. By the end, it reminded me of a Bolly, with the strong, smack in the throat taste!
All in all, a decent cigar, but I've had better.

Hey Brother,
Thank you for your time to tested and reviewing my cigar. It was great review and it will be my input for developing. Could you please which stick that you have been tested? Galactico, Luna perfecta, Srintil, or Tambo?

I finally had a chance to test the Tambo Petit corona I tried today and here's my notes:
At first looks this small stogie is slightly rustic in the way it is rolled, but the toothy wrapper leaf has a nice oily sheen which is quite promising. At the touch it feels a bit dry and light, and the pre-light draw, quite loose, confirms my impression that this cigar is not packed with filler. Still it is not spongy or bumpy, like many underfilled cigars are, so no issues there. Just a loose draw which I suspect might be on purpose. Once light the first notes are of coffee and nuts, but rapidly these fade away and the cigar becomes smoky (think wood burning in the fireplace), which remains a characteristic note throughout. With that I get some vegetal notes and a touch of sweetness. The burn is perfect and there’s plenty of chewy smoke produced. From the middle point onwards, the sweetness remains just a hint and pepper notes progressively increase to become quite strong in the last third. There is also a definitive tannic feel to the smoke, which makes me think these could maybe age a bit and become even better. While this isn't the most complex smoke I've had - and I must admit I like complexity in a cigar- it has no fault, it is enjoyable and, best of all, it certainly has an own character.
Thanks to Ferry for giving us a chance to taaste these and sorry for the delay in the review... just wanted to be sure to have iproperly humidified and ready to smoke!

Smoked my Tambo today and found a similar taste profile to yourself, with hints of pepper, woodiness, grassy. I did not detdct the sweetness you mention, but I agree that it is a pleasurable and distinctive little smoke.

The sweetness thing is something I seem to pick in most cigars I smoke, if just at a very low level... maybe it's genes.
I am one of those people who tastes the sweetness from the artificial sweeteners in diet drinks for half an hour or more after I finished drinking them...or maybe my taste buds are just screwed up

Aplogies for the delay in my write-up on the Luna Perfecta. Will try to post review with pictures this weekend. Middle third reminded me very much of a Cuban Hoyo incidentally...
Finally smoked the cigar that was kindly sent by Ferry via Nic.
Here is the review as promised, better late than never.
Cigar - Tambo petit corona
Taste
Fairly mild from the start to around half way, when it got slightly stronger not by much though.
I found the cigar lacking flavour especially at the start, but I persevered. About an inch into the cigar I picked up some sensations of leather and burnt wood. The rest of the cigar was fairly similar.
13/25
Construction
the cigar was well rolled. It was well packed, firm and had a perfect draw.
I liked the pigtail a nice touch imo.
Appearance wise, The cigar had a matt, dry looking wrapper, I like a nice shiney, oily wrapper. Plus I felt that the 2nd band looked out of place and looked fairly cheap, made from thin paper and was unnecessary. compared to the main band. I felt this took away from the look of the cigar.
23/25
Burn
Perfect, did not require any touch ups. Lots of smoke and nice solid greyish ash that defied gravity. (see pics)
25/25
Overall Impression
I’m not the biggest fan of small cigars or mild cigars, I prefer a medium to strong smoke. It was always going to be an uphill battle for this little bugger to impress and sadly, it failed.
Excellent burn and construction however with little evolution of flavours and complexity I don’t think I would return to this cigar again. Probably more suited to those who like milder cigars and subtle flavours.
61/75
Thanks to Ferry for the opportunity to try this cigar.
