Is there anyone online who has visted or is a member of this Cigar Afficionado Club? It seems like a good venue for a herf. For a ?25 joining free you have free admission (together with up to two guests) to their cigar divan for a drink and a smoke. The link is here:

It would be a good herf venue if you were allowed to bring your own cigars, but its not the case, it seems your allowed to smoke if you purchase there cigars (loop hole) but probably at a ridiculous high prices too.

All i can say is: Bloody Smoking Ban for screwing things up!

Maybe someone could post some cigar prices so we could get a feel for it before committing?

Good point (sadly). It's such a shame that there are so few options left in this great city to enjoy a cigar in social company; especially at this time of the year. :(

Well they do state that, with membership, they offer their cigars at a discount (but from what, that is the question).

I wonder if these prices only apply to orders from their online store. I think I'll send them an email.

Yes i checked they do, The montecristos No1 are only for a box of 10 not a box of 25, i thought i just add that as original post left the quantity of cigars out.

Bit on the pricey side, but a good venue, shame you cant take your own cigars.:cowboyic9:
