If you fancy a light whimsical read pick up a copy of Churchill's Cigar by Stephen Mcginty. I was about to buy it at amazon and saw it for ?2 (not the rrp of ?12.99) in a Book Warehouse.

its a brief history of Churchill with the focus on his cigar habits.

good fun

Deano chartwell is great. i used to live not far from there as a kid and my folks and i used to go every year. Its really interesting and worth reading the telegrams and the like on display. Had a trip down to kent/sussex with my main squeeze a month or so a go and did Batemans (the house of Rudyard Kipling - another herfer) and Chartwell again.

If people fancy a copy and have trouble finding it I'll pop down to Northampton and grab a few copies at the cheapshop and send them out if they've still got them.

let me know
