That sucks :( I have been to the one in Chester a few times. The lady there was really friendly. Which surprised me as I was 19 at the time. I don't usually get friendly service when going to a cigar shop. Although, she did try to sell me a Guantanamera (sp?) Cristales :lol:

Sadly Scotland has different laws to England and smoking for sampling purposes is not even allowed in specialist cigars merchants which is a tad bizarre.

Ridiculously good service from CGARS this week -I'd sent back a Blazer lighter under warranty, and after it taking too long for the manufacturer to fix it, they've sent me a new one to replace it :pop2:
