Greetings!
I have enjoyed this forum immensely, and find myself with a question I am sure someone can assist with. I will be in London tomorrow (from Paris) and would like to visit 2 or 3 of the top tobacconists in this fine city. Ideally, they would have something to offer in the vintage department - which could tempt me to regret the visit but not the purchase:smoke:
Your input is deeply appreciated!

You reckon? How? There's 3 inches (7.62cm) of snow! Everything's stopped! I've been watching BBC News for the last 8 hours and it's *all* they've talked about :der:
If I get snowed in, I'm smoking my way out! :smoke:

For some interesting vintage offerings I would suggest JJ Fox cigars. They will give you loads of advice and let you have a smoke there. I would suggest you talk to a friend of mine who works there but I think she is currently abroad.
You could also be well served to visit Davidoff, especially as it is just around the corner. They tend to be a little more expensive (well the most expensive in London) but they have some interesting offering and are also very helpful and sometimes friendly.
I like Sautters and Dunhill also but probably not the best places for a tourist with limited time. Sautters often have some interesting offers on and I know they have acquired a large vintage selection from a collector but I do not know if these are available to purchase yet, I have not been in since before Xmas. TomTom cigars I like and also have a few interesting and old cigars but again a little out of the way, depending on where you are hitting in town.

If you follow this link it will take you to my Audio Guide around what i think are the best four Cigar stores in central London.
For Vintage cigars you will probably get the best results from Sautter (the second store) and JJ Fox the final store.
Dunhill does sometimes have some aged cigars.
Hope you have a good day. With the Euro exchange rate as it is I think you might find the prices a little eyewatering.
Have a great day.

You should go to JJ Fox's on James St near Picadilly. Green park tube . Enjoy your stay.
