anyone ever seen one of these let alone smoked one. Seemingly they were only for Shipping Magnets, Oil Sheiks or Movie Moguls even before they became rare.

The first time I went to La Casa, Ajay had just sourced a box for a client...
Needless to say you could have easily purchased a small/medium sized family car for what this guy paid for them...
They did look absolutely amazing though, I was very, very green with envy...
Maybe oneday...

Don't have a date on these, but a Christies auction lists this:
Dunhill, Estupendos--7 in.
1 box of 10 cigars per lot 1980's
Price Realized
£3,850
($5,517)
and this is the only image I could find of the actual cigar:

That image kinda puts anything in the Tate Modern into the shade really!

These are tasty cigars ;) Never owned or purchased any, but I have seen and tasted them before. Definitely great vintage cigars, but don't think they're worth the money just because the price on them has climbed so much recently. The 10cts go for a bit more than that lately I think.

Cool looking box, but its nothing outstanding imho.
Also, how well have the smokes been looked after? You would buy it for the humi, and if the smokes are in good knick, than that is a bonus.

I think it's a nice looking box and with a bit of history behind it. A collector will love it. As for the sticks .... Who knows!
