A friend is coming back from Mexico and he could bring me a box of cigars. I've told about Te-Amo and Santa Clara. What's your opinion? Which are my best choices?

If your going for Te-amo, go for the Gran Cortos (64 ring gauge) I have the Nicaraguan blend which is awsome, the cuban blend just scored 90 in CA's last issue. Cheap as chips too :)

First real news I have heard about these. I noted them advertised in CA and assumed a NUB clone, but maybe not.

I've sent an e-mail to my friend asking for these.
They come in boxes of 15 as I've seen and in four blends (Cuba, Dominican, Honduras and Nicaragua).

I wasn't that lucky since my friend is not going to search around for them... :(
I guess I'll have to wait for somebody else to visit Mexico and bring me some Gran Cortos...

However, he told me that he could buy me from Duty Free and I think asking for a pack of three romeo y julieta No. 3 tubos... Do you know their price on Duty Free?

I had some 'rough ranger' cigars from my old cigar shop, I think they were rough rangers or something, they were fab lanceros, I bought a stock of em, and I didn't even have a humi back then!

I heard that 6th generation from A.Turrent are a good cigar.

This is true, I was in Bransons Tobacconists in Farnham awhile back so I purchased a couple to try, a Robusto and a Torpedo...

Whilst they didn't blow me away, they were very favourable as a day to day cigar...

Cheers, HabanoSy
