I picked up a copy of ECCJ from my local tobacconist and apart from the shoking score given to the Open Junior and D4 (same score for both) and the somewhat teutonic style of the magazine, I actually enjoyed this a lot more than the glossy commercials for rich people magazine, ehm I mean CA.
I am considering signing up for a subscription and was wondering if there's anyone on the forum who subscribes to the magazine, and if yes what your thoughts are.
Thanks!

I just subscribed over the holidays. Awaiting my first issue.
Does anyone know if any of the English online cigar retailer carry this magazine, I know a few of them sell Cigar Aficionado and Smoke magazine.
Just on the subject of cigar magazines, I see the latest issue of Cigar Aficionado has an article on the best places to smoke in London, may be of some interest to some of you guys.

I have yet to read the ECCJ, but will have to keep an eye out for it.

The ECCJ is a great magazine. Published quarterly and pretty much devoted to cigars/pipes....very little stuff about owning a golf course/island/vineyard...a la Cigar Aficionado magazine :eviltongue:
