After a considerable taste in maduros recently, I decided to revist my old friend Georges Reserve made by the Oliva Chaps. Gotta love a smooth conneticut every now and then. As per Oliva stick, I see the lovely smooth, solid ash form, but little did I know what it would transgend into....

That's set my ash record :hail:
Love how it's almost kind of poignant, with the ciggy in the shadow of the beast

impressive ash, I never managed anything like that... still got a George's Reserve to try and beat the record though :biggrin1:.
BTW anyone ever managed to stand a NUb on its ash? Never works for me but I try every time.

That's set my ash record.
And the truly remarkable thing about these stogies (which I discovered quite by accident, btw) is that they will do this CONSISTENTLY!!!
FWIW, my ash record was also set by a Georges Reserve. Unfortunately, no picture was taken as I was on "walkies" at the time and only the dog as witness.
