My Monte Opens are still sitting in my humidor from the launch last summer, not sure when I will get round to them.
Really fancy a smoke but too cold to go out and turn the heating on in my office/smoke shack so am working in the house = NO CIGARS!!!

Sat in the garage with a 2007 Rocky Patel Edge Maduro Torpedo. I've also picked out a Casa Torano robusto from 08

Since I am currently living at a hospital, I don't have the hour+ drive in the mornings to enjoy a fine puro...so its been mostly a nc week so far. Decided to cut my morning smoke in half cuz I'm only in the car for 20 minutes. Had a 5 vegas red....I'd call it a corona gorda....pretty good too! Also had 2 a. Fuente "its a girl" cigars. Which is their brevas cigar. The breva is fuentes prolly cheapest cigar and I haven't had one in prolly 10 years. But you know, for a short filler cheap cigar its a damn good cheap smoke. I sure do miss my humi! Lord willing I will be back home Friday, baby with me. I aint sleeping anywhere else till she comes home! She is doing well....

My first ever Sancho Panza.
A fat dark stick. Maybe 52 or 54.
Mild plus from the start and a consistently pleasing smoke throughout. :849:

I'll have to give another Monte Open a go then. I tried the Regatta, had hyped myself up for it, knew I was going to love it etc etc. It was putrid, foul, disgusting... :puke: I couldn't even finish it. Maybe it was just a duffer (I'd bloody well hope so, for Montecristo's sake...)
