just one match and a choice of just one cigar. What cigar would you choose.

RULES: No LE's, SE's or RE's allowed.

Remember, just one match, so burn and no possibility of a re-light are big issues.

I'll start. Cuaba Salamones. I've one sitting in my humidor, which I may never smoke due to it's daunting size and because I may be too much of a beginner for it yet. But marooned, what the f**k, as long as I could keep it alight, I'd have all the time in the World to smoke it gently and slowly. Apparently they are super-delicious with almost perfect draw and construction, so that's my choice.

Over to you Guys!

Bolivar Royal Corona.

Sticking to the criteria listed by Tipp, I'm certain this would be mine due to recent batch experimentation!

Assuming that there is no tree that I could set fire to (and thus provide a continuous fire for re-lighting), then something with good construction and consistency is a must. It would have to be either a Cohiba, NC, or a reasonably small ring-gauge.

I'm going to punt for something like a SIGLO II or Esplendido. Failing that, I'd go for one of my favourite smokes, an ERdM Petit Corona. :849:

Not one to completely follow the rules I would go with a Partagas Culebras. Never had one, but if I'm stuck on an island I guess it would be a good time as any to try one!

I know, only one match. But who needs matches to start a fire???

Cohiba esplendido. A nice long smoke. Would have to be something that lasted a long time!

I think personally, they better let me take this cigar right here with me! i will find some trees to torch and i will smoke forever off of this one!

By the time you were finished you wouldn't
be marooned any more.
The smoke from the continues puffing would bring
the search party to you. Then there would be more cigars
as you would be rescued.
Dam I hate when that happens:849:

very hard choice, and I am sure I'll change my mind in a blink of an eye.

Still at the moment I'd probably go with any of the Illusione Epernay range

Monte A, or perhaps a SLR DC :smoke:

larrysputnik

That's easy:

Padron 80th anniversary maduro.

It has a small area to light since it is a salamone and it has a perfect burn as do all Padron anniversary series cigars. I would love a CC, but almost every CC I have needs a relight at some point. The same goes for a lot of NCs, but there is only one NC I would choose over most CCs and that is the 80th maduro.

BAM!

I'll say Cab Ninfas, if I can pick one that's discontinued. Otherwise, I'd say PSDC #1's.

Lascaux

I'd have a sir winston
and i'd wait 15 years on the island before I smoked it (presuming i can fashion a humidifier out of a sponge picked off the seabed to keep it in tip top shape)

If it's the last you'll smoke, might as well be memorable.

Well, in my very inexperienced opinion, I'd go for a La Rica Robusto.

Either that or I'd use that match to burn Russel Brand, who, if people have any sense, will be marooned on a deserted island sometime very soon. Very strange, annoying, and unfunny prick.

Think mine would have to be the monster Cuaba Diademas I have lurking in the bottom of my humi. Can't imagine the getting the time to smoke it any time soon, but on a desert island time won't be a problem! :41:
