Took a long, long time to arrive, but on the basis of suggestions in the forum, I have two new additions to the tupperdor:

A cabinet of HDM Epicure #2
A 10 count dress box of Bolivar Royal Coronas

They do, indeed. I noticed that some of the tubes had different lengths, though not the cigars themselves--is this something to worry over?

The EP2 is superior as it gives a more in-depth taste and reflects the taste profile of HDM far better than the PR IMO.

The Hoyo Epicure No.2 is one of the first proper cigars I smoked and it taught me something of the varied nature of the differing cigars from Cuba. It was light and sweet but not week and I have a clear memory of puffing away at it in my garden in the summer. They are reliably good imho & I always have a cab of Hoyo on the go.

The Boli's are nicely presented too - you've done well there.

Yes, yes. As a a Yank, I am mightily afraid of those redcoats, having an urge to shoot at them through the trees, as it were.

Shared one yesterday with a friend--straight out of the box it was a beaut. And it just got better and better. After a while of drinks and chat, everyone went in, but I had to stay out and finish it. Had to.

Real beauts! You'll have to let us know how they smoke DA, 'cos only a few are going to be able to afford to find out for themselves.

I have to admit. They are large. I'm more of a 46rg, myself. The presentation is lovely. I'll post a review and some more photos next week after we get back from the beach.

Those look beautiful. And let me give a public thanks to Drew--he introduced me to my first cc, and it has been a blast since. If you are ever in Merida, it is your duty to stop in and have a drink and a cigar at his place!

Thank you. You are too kind sir.

When you return to Merida, we'll have to break into something special.

All BOTLs are welcome for a great cigar vacation in Mexico.

Cheers
