I'm a bit of an insomniac at certain points in the year. In Spring, I can wake up in a full-throttle state at 0300, and it can be like that for six weeks or so.

Fortunately things have become far more stable sleep-wise over time, and I rarely have weeks of broken nights.

I do find - without question - that smoking a good Havana not long before going to bed ensures a very good night's sleep.

Do cigars affect your sleep at all?
Positively or negatively?

Or do they make no difference at all?:cowboyic9:

I rarely remember dreams although according to my main squeeze I sleep in one position and never move all night...probably why I ache in the mornings...however I do have particularly vivd dreams that I am smoking a good cigar! Odd!

Cigars make me relaxed before bedtime. I had a Punch Gran Puro at a cigar lounge tonight and I am ready to fall into a satisfying slumber right now.

I'm with you guys, a good cigar in the night does send me to a deep sleep with (according to the missus) a silly grin on me face...:cool:
