Just been on this site http://www.havahavana.com/index.jsp. Deano put it in a thread about the new Behike cigar. So I had a quick look around and found a box of 5 yes 5 cohiba robusto's for £21.20. Couldn't believe my eyes so I have ordered a box to see if they really are that price or if it is a mistake.

Online sales are different they only have to honer the sale if they took your money, it at that point they entered the contract and must honer it. If they have not taken the money then they do not have to supply the goods.

Just had the e mail to say that I can't have it for the bargain price but they will give me comp cigar if I order something.

If the price is a mistake I don't think any store has to honour it. That has been the case for a long time I think.

A retail store doesn't have to honour a price listed, they usually will though for customer relations
