Indeed.

Interestingly, they have decided not to ban cigarette vending machines, which of course make it very easy for underage smokers to get hold of ciggies...which surprises me as the stated aim is to make it harder for the young to succumb to temptation. Of course...specialist cigar shops are a well known haven for local smoking youth....:bootyshake:

As someone said in the Times (think that's where I read it), it's government by pressure group...

Scotland haven't yet decided apparently - and nor have Northern Ireland...but I'm not hopeful!
