Smoked two Vegas 5 cigars which I was gifted by Shuckins yesterday.

The first was the Limitada 2008 Torp, and the second was the ordinary Torp.

Both were a really nice smoke, although the 2008 seemed to have a more distinctive dried fruit taste profile which was unusual but very enjoyable.
Really nice aroma from these cigars when lit, and although I had never tried this brand before it is in my top five as far as NC cigars are concerned.

I do not know anything about this brand at all, but there cigars were consistant, had an appealing taste profile and should be tried if you get the chance to smoke one.

5 Vegas 08 is a great year and their affordable. I have noticed a trend here. More and more from across the pond are trying NC and throughly enjoying them for the most part. Lets go back 1 year some odd months when the trend to try first started.
Hay they ain't CC but nobody ever claimed them to be but more consistent and affordable they are. Glad to be a part of the revolution from the near beginning .

5 Vegas is the house blend of cigars international. The cast strength is a respectable smoke.

The 5 vegas 2009 and 2010 are amazing sticks for the coin. The 2005 was the best of the best and like the man said
"Try to find one" Good luck

Sorry to disagree. Just smoked my second 5 Vegas Limitada 2008. Was disappointed by the first one but gave it the benefit of the doubt and tried again. Same result. Draw on both has been too tight for my liking and just find the flavour unappealing.
Perhaps my expectations were just too high, having read so many good reports or maybe spoilt by to many years of CC's but sadly this was yet another NC that I won't be returning to.
Guess its just a taste thing but not found many that have managed to win me over.
Suggestions still welcomed though. :D

Starting to think along these lines Stevie.
Been trying to find a cheaper smoke but its starting to look like it will make more sense to cut back and stick with the CC's. I smoke to enjoy and relax, if I don't enjoy, I don't relax.
As you say, life's too short.

5 Vegas is a part of cigar.com and CI as mentioned though all will deny it. I enjoy the 5 Vegas miami for a medium bodied smoke. The relic is a good full bodied smoke. I don't at all care for the cask strength. Odd flavour profile. The A I cant- remember - it has been too long. The classic is a good yard gar. And gold I am nit a fan of as it is a Connecticut shade wrapper which I am not a fan if. Gabby tried any if the LEs, the triple A or gold maduro.
