I have been looking for a month or so, the only ones I can find are on ebay from usa, there does not seem to be a UK market for them. its a pain in the **** trying to find a nice clean spot on the course to put your little chappie between shots.
let me know if you find a uk holder.

I got a leather one. Don't ever do it. Makes the cigars smell and taste of leather.

Here's one option and I guess the grip could be altered with a less aggresive laccy band?

And another that the stick simply rests on

Buy a used driver cheep.Have a hole drilled in it 3 ring guage larger then the largest ring guage U smoke. This will hold your cigar nicely and you'll never have to bend over to either get your stogie or set it down. And if the stogie sucks U can drive a ball with it ! I don't understand this shit with a little ball and a club? Grown Men Beaten their ball with clubs! O Gotta HURT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! LMFAO PIMP ROTF:doh:
