Buying online?

Hi, just wondering where the best place to buy online is. I'm only looking at buying cheaper cigars, as I am quite new to the cigar world. I found 1 site that sold the Jose L piedra's for $60 for 25 but there is a $100 minimum spend on the site. is there anywhere that sells cubans for this sort of price without the minimum spend?
