He's been kept for years, aging in perfect 70/70 conditions

The news of my demise is a little premature:der:, perhaps I haven't been posting enough lately? Anyway look fwd to meeting some of you at Manchester St, never been there before but Eugene Sax offered to slip me in when the doorman isn't looking:rolleyes:. If it's as good as previously reported on here, then I am sure we'll repeat & give longer notice in future.:smoke:

Cheers Nic, we did! A rather brief visit but very good to meet EugeneSax who turns out to be just as interesting as his posts imply. He generously shared a couple of LGC No 3 from '98 to start with & I followed up with a ERDMCS from my cab 09/05. My new cigar friend Matt turned up & had a Party Short & I had a quick Petit Robusto before dashing for the train to Aberdeen.
Good to finally get to check out No10 Manchester St, sure it is a good venue for a large group of us, especially in the winter. With those turbo heaters, never gonna feel cold in there:eviltongue:
I'll post some photos later. Cheers Eugene, much appreaciated you taking the time of work during this busy time:rolleyes:

Cheers, Simon, great to meet at last and thanks muchly for the Choix & Cuban country cigar - both of which I've saved for later smoking, keeping Mat company after you left with a Party short of my own.

I gave Matt a Monty 4 as he very generously picked up the tab which, as anyone who's been to Manc 10 can appreciate, was quite heavy even for only a hadful of coffees & beers.

I hope Matt might joins us on here - he appeared to enjoy his Party a lot & seemed keen to learn more about cigars. Simon - perhaps you could send him the link if you have an email contact for him.
