:yo:I just received a box of Cohiba EL 06 Piramides. Every thing looks fine, except the outer box had the newer type warranty seal which I recently began noticing on newer boxes (Smoother to the touch and glows bright white under a UV black light. Also, the watermark glows pinkish-white under under a black light, instead of the bright, lime green on older seals).:hmmmm2:
I was a bit surprised to see the newer seal on an 06 box.:scared:
Has anyone else noticed this? :peep:

Thanks, amigo.:bandit:
I guess this is probably of more interest in the US:usa:, where they are concerned with the authenticity of their puros, than in other countries.
The newer warranty seals :deal:show up many new boxes, however, not just Cohiba ELs.

:cowboyic9: (http://www.cubancigarwebsite.com/)Thanks, Cohiba IV. I've added the link to my Favorites. Here's another link that addresses the various warranty seals used over the years.

:ciao:Mates - if anyone would like to see what the new warranty seal looks like :deal:compared to the old seal under natural lighting and UV blacklight (remember blacklights? :hippie: ) click the link below.

Note: the watermark on the new newer seal does not show up very well in the pictures, but to the naked eye under the blacklight it glows a bright pinkish-white, but not as bright as the older lime-green watermark.
I hope I haven't bored anyone with this':sorry:
but authenticity facinates me. :hat:
