They are astoundingly good cigars. HabanoSy set me up with a box a year ago and I savour every one....if you ever find them grab them as quick as you can...they're really that good!!

This is probably the cigar I most want to have and smoke, more than anything. I suspect I never will at that price, I just can't justify it. Behike's I can...just...if bought in Cuba/Gib. But not £100 per stick.

Agreed Deano, old chap. When I bought my first Behike 56 I figured it would represent the lifetime high water mark of extravagance but I do find myself desiring this particular dame more and more.....not at £100 a stick though. Out of interest, did you see any of 'em in Cuba on your recent trip?

No not at all. Their stock is very new, all 2010, only a few 2008 LEs left like the Cuabas but no Monte Sublimes from 08 and very few 09 LEs.

That's a real shame as I'd always imagined that if I ever went there I'd use my allowance on picking up 50 of the most exotic and exclusive cigars I could find rather than just picking up a bunch of everyday smokes :frown:

With regard to the Cgars auction, I notice that the estimate works out to be £40-£50 a stick. Would I pay £50 for a single stick? Maybe, probably. Would I buy 25 cigars for £50 a stick? Hmm, just commits a bit too much capital in one go......BOX SPLIT, ANYONE??? :smoke:

well if you could organise a box split at 40-50 a stick, now that would be something to think about

With my big disappointment of Bhk 56 I'm now wary of spending so much on a stick. I've only heard great things about this EL but had only heard the best about 56 too. However at £50 I'd take a shot and throw in something nice for the organiser!

Lascuax, trust me, the Cohiba sublime is NOTHING special at all, at least to me, hence why I still have three! Glad to hear you did not get sucked into the BHK hype, they continue to be okay and a little odd, at best to me.
