Meeting a couple of the chaps at JJ Fox for a smoke on Wednesday afternoon for a couple of hours if anyone is passing by. I reckon I'll get there by 3.00pm at the latest. Doors close at 5.45pm. that evening.

Only able to get to London from the sticks every few months or so, so this will be a treat.

Ice and snow permitting...

Bryan

Hi Monk.

I'll be gone by then. I have to pack my son's stuff into the car at East Dulwich and be off after he has finished work. It would have been nice to shake hands.

If anyone can recommend a brilliant whopper for me to try at JJ Fox I'd appreciate it. I'm up for something tasty in the best Bolivar / Ramon Allones / Partagas / Montecristo end of the toyshop that will be very tasty and very punchy. Something that I won't have tried and that will be endowed like a Tony Soprano. I feel like posing.

Supersize me please, gentlemen. :)

If they have any more of the '03 Cuaba Salomones it may fit the bill, or you could have a go on a Juan Lopez Selection Suprema.

I may be able to come now :), afternoon has just freed up.

Brian are you set on JJF or could I coax you to 10MS with the promise of bringing a few nice sticks (less smoky more comfortable etc).

Joe, what are your thoughts?

I'm easy really, both are appealing. As bryan's one of them strangefolk from 'outtatown' I'll leave the choice to him. Chances are, I'll be heading to 10MS after JJ's anyway - I really want to smoke my face off :)

I don't mind changing venues at all but I have to be away with my son at some point and load up. I'll probably be able to smoke one off at JJF earlier. I like the culture of the place and am quite happy to settle down as John Wayne in a corner with my fantasies as I used to do in the times before this site! :)

I also want to smoke away my face. I am doing so now as I type this here alone and it's heavenly. :)

We poor provincials hardly ever get the chance to sit between four walls and puff unless those walls are our own. It can be tough for months on end in Maison du Vinless Nowhereville. :)

I'll get to central London late morning and trot round some exclusive haunts. All movements will be trackable by iPhone - watch your inbox imminently, Lasc - and I shall loll about in JJ Fox. Alone or with others. I intend to savour it.

Then, via a Burger King or whatever, it will be 10 Manchester Street. We are a classless society.

But seriously. I have sent / will send my mobile number behind the curtains. I just hope it won't be nuts-cold.

See you tomorrow however things pan out. :)

I've never been into booze big time but I'm shoulder deep into the other. Such a great drug.

So asuming I don't wimp out like I did last Friday, should I head for JJ's or 10 Manc (my orifice is nigh-on equidistant from the two) & Should I aim for 1, 2 or 3? (o clock)

Great afternoon and evening. Smoked a 2000 Upmann No2 at Foxes which was OK and a bit of a special Lancero at 10MS (review posted). Thanks for the great company guys :41:
