hi, my name is sven and i am a 35 year old cigar lover from essen, germany. i smoke cigars for 14 years and have spent most of those years smoking cubans. just around 2 years ago i switched to almost solely non-cuban cigars. i love tatuaje, my father's, cain and oliva. from the US i do like the partagas black labels a lot and rocky patel's "the edge". i have used the forum for my first post via tapatalk and missed the newby section - sorry. i will be in edinburgh for new year's eve and was asking earlier if anyine knew a place to smoke!? just let me know if so... always happy smoking to all if you!

Got to ask ...what led you to make the switch from CC's to NC's, are you happy with the change/would you ever go back to CC's?

i do go back once in a while... but i find the quality more consistent in the ncs. i love a good draw and the cubans got more and more loose over the past few years for me. and on the other side the nc got stronger in the blends they use. nothing like the dominicans from 10 years ago... so it's a good match for my taste. thanks for the welcome!
