So then, my whisky collection expands (well stays the same really as I'm on a one in, one out phase at the moment)
Ardmore Traditional Cask (highland, 46%, NCF)

Bit of a bargain really as my local Sainsbury's had it marked as £10 off therefore £22.
Unusually for a highland this is peated so almost Islay like on the nose. Up front taste is plenty of smoke with a decent amount of peat mellowing to a sweeter finish with hint of caramel and oak, most agreeable if a little different to the usual highland fayre.
7/10 would buy again.
