I have just recently purchased some 5s and 3s in packets. The packing is something else, the Cohibas are probaly the best for instance, the Siglos came in a lovely outer box that was well printed and a minor work of art! I thought great, but then when you open the outer box the Siglos are in another lovely individual box, thats even before you've got to the band and great cigar.
The boxes that you get 25s in I cannot force myself to get rid of them I just love to keep them and look at them, is it me am I mad!!!!!
I got a sample pack from Top Cubans they sent them in a great little magnetic lid small box can't throw it out.:biggrin1:
Cohiba box of 10s come in a lovely wooden black case with great little black catch!!!!
You have to hand it to the Cubans they can package cigars.

I keep the yellow ribbons that are tied around the cigars inside boxes of Hoyo de Monterrey Epicure No2 in my bedside drawer along with some boxes and tubes from Cohiba Siglo VIs that I have smoked off.
Like you guys, I cannot bear to get rid of them.
I keep cigar manuals in my side drawers as well, as well as a couple of Punch tubos for a great cedar-smacked whiff now and again.
There are empty Montecristo and Punch boxes on shelves with letters and documents in them around the house. The Montes have that great border design.
It's a healthy obsession.

:thumb:Total agreement with all. I have not thrown away a single Habana box, much to my wife's chagrin. Very impressive packaging, some more so than others, like the Cohiba Sublimes and secretos.:849:
Having said this, I also have some very nice non-cuban boxes that I also collect, but they're getting older and older.

It was ?41 I think. It has 3x PEs inside and comes wrapped in a velvet cloth inside a lovely Monte cardboard box. I'm sure I've seen other UK merchants selling it recently. If I see it, I'll let you know
