There is no best Cuban cigar, it's like asking what's the best French wine or the best Scotch whisky. It's a matter of personal taste and you'll just have to go through the terrible ordeal of having to sample every Cuban cigar before you can make that decision, it'll be a long tough haul that will take a lifetime to complete properly but you've just got to bite the bullet and get started.

I will say in my opinion I don't know what the best brand is but I can say that the best cigars are Cuban, much like the best Whisky is Scotch.

that's a matter of opinion ol' boy!!! IMO, the best whiskey is irish!!! we don't need 100's of different types, like scotch!!! the few brands the we do have (bushmills, jameson's etc etc) do the job perfectly, we don't need to improve on perfection!!!

as for cuban cigars...... look at the 'classic', most popular ones and ask yourself why are they regarded so?

There is no best Cuban cigar, it's like asking what's the best French wine or the best Scotch whisky.Au contraire... It's very difficult to pick a best Cuban (I agree)... But it is an indisputable fact that the best French wine is left bank Bordeaux (if you want red) or Sancerre (if you want white), and the best Scotch is usually to be found in a Lagavulin bottle... :p
