:alien:People of Earth...
:849:Muchachos,
This afternoon, to celebrate my "sick" day off and my decision to take the Walk, I selected a standard and ol' favorite...The sturdy and most dependable Montecristo Numero dos. :849:
A solid pyramid with a solid taste... "why don't you pick one up and smoke it sometime" - White Owl advertisement circa 1960s.:41:
:bandit: Names TJ, TJCoro, and I trust in No. 2.

Looking all lonely there TJ, so thought I'd better spark up and join the State of Mind buddy:smoke:
Sat on the rear porch and tickled my fancy with an El Rey del Mundo Choix Supreme and glass of deep red,l istening to the trickle of the pond and our one toad croaking for a tickle too! A little firm on the draw with some uneven burn (until about halfway). Once warmed up and into the last third, I picked a little tight rolling out from the centre and it drew beautifully:41:
TJ, I've seen you text these up a few times and that was my inspiration mate. Nice smoke, see where you're coming from.

If Robusto's diet of art, puros and sex is anything to go by, he's not going to admit to a trickle, or a tickle eh:biggrin1:
He might be hanging around the Midlands, but at least he isn't sticking around UP the Midlands...get my drift?

I always hang around the Lowlands. Get it right. :biggrin1:
Looks like the team have been smoking well today.
Shared some with the Dawg just now at our herf.
I had my first Cohiba Siglo IV (Please note Captain Off-Piste) and chased it with a Partagas Serie D4. Both wonderful cigars.
Cohibas were courtesy of the DAWG. Paul - I can't remember what your second stick was, but it was definitely smaller than mine.
I hadn't eaten before our meet up, but I swear to God that good cigars are as good as a meal at filling me up. If not better than.
Now I have two days away from base driving all over the county, and I fully intend to knock some off en route. :biggrin1:

Hi Gss - I think you've got it fairly easy over there with regards to taxes mate. A typical pack of cigarettes is ?5 ($8) over here :frown:
LINK (http://www.the-tma.org.uk/page.aspx?page_id=31)
"On a typical pack of 20 cigarettes the total tax burden of ?4.34 accounts for 77% of the recommended retail price (RRP) of ?5.67. On some of the least expensive brands the total tax burden accounts for up to 90% of the RRP"

Driving around Bry, lovely time and space for polishing a few off. Good stuff. I like a smoke on the road. "Go you good thing"
