The only Belgian shop I know is in Brussels. Fantastic service from the owner...really friendly. When I was there with Giga a few years ago he left us to our own devices in the walk in humidor and chatted up our wives over coffee! LINK (http://www.leroiducigare.be/)

Im going over to Brugge on the Eurostar in May and have been doing a bit of googling and it seems theres quite a good cigar bar called Jerrys Cigar bar in the town centre which made me quite happy to hear :smoke:

Anyone had any experience of purchasing Cuban's over the Belgium border with France, near Calais. I've looked on a few websites, but the shops I've found only seem to sell EuroStogies, yuk.
Or Calais for that matter.

Only bought smokes in Paris

If I remeber all the shops were the same price , Belgium was the same , think the prices are set by the government and were not that great , better than the uk though

Brugges is a daytrip destination from where I live.
Lovely place to flop about in bars with one on in the sun.

Ok just back from Brugge, I was quite impressed by the prices, there were two cigar shops in the town, the more inviting one being Jerrys Cigar Bar which is where I bough a box of 25 Romeo y Julieta No. 1 Tubed for E140 which I thought was good, I havent looked at puro but considering theres no danger of customs or anything Im happy, and its my first box!

Whilist in Bruge we went to a concert with an audience of 300 the gig was a guy called Dhafer Youssef http://www.dhaferyoussef.com/

What a fantastic night. His style is like Jazz with a tunisian twist though not an out and out jazz lover a thourghly great evening. I would recommend his concert if thats your thing. Bryan you would have loved the evening the pianist was out of this world, that said a great group of highly talented musicians, and though not a musician myself the performances were very complicated and long.
