Gentlemen.
It had to be a Partagas D4. Because I love these buggers to death - and because my humi only has three trusted makes of cigar in it anyway lol.
I blasted for Britain as soon as I could this afternoon. Exit was a bit delayed because - and I thought this would happen today - we received notice of potential redundancy after lunch when the kids had gone home due to my school amalgamating with another.
I was not kept behind as my job is not threatened. I have been waiting for the all clear for two months or so, and have recently been losing sleep about it.
Forgive me if the pictures seem more than typically self-indulgent , but BOY did I enjoy my first smoke of the Easter break!
Like you, I can smoke great-tasting cigars til the cows come home, but have no taste for alcohol.
However, tonight I shall try and get semi-plastered, so if you're opening a bottle or cask tonight, think of this tiny tot drinker trying to get partially fuzzled for one night only.
I find it impossible to get wankered, but I'll have a crack...

You are right, Stevieboy. I'm so sorry, but I can't help it. :smoke:
cj - Filth!
TJ - Sometimes I do it all myself, and sometimes others lay on hands.
In defence of my pervery... We discussed cigar diaries on here. Instead of those, I like a good cigar porn self-portait.
The sofa's coming tomorrow. Sorry - but there'll be a deluge.
Why don't some of you lob in your own portions?

Yeah good point there Dale, fair play
Robusto

I am doing so, Dale.
Thank you for those kind thoughts.
In all honesty, smoking a plump cigar makes me feel self-confident.
I love holding a cigar, brandishing it. All those things you can do with a cigar. (I'm being serious. I'm not Monica perving here - for once!).
I am quite a cigar show-off.
I love walking with one in my mouth. I love making a show in the car at traffic lights.
A fat cigar is an actor's prop.
I'm not a good actor, but I love walking into pubs and gigs with a cigar on. Of course I mean I LOVED doing that, but it's clamped down on now and is forbidden.
I'm not a complete mental nightmare when out and about, but I certainly do like people to notice me smoking cigars and to watch.
If I was younger and a hunk, it would be understandable. I just have to get on and do my best with these looks lol and as a 50 year old male.
I enjoy my cigars to the full these days - and that's probably because I was a guilt-ridden paranoid weirdo about being seen smoking in the past.
My next personal triumph lol will be to use a great stogie shot as my Facebook profile pic. I haven't quite got the courage for that yet, but it will come. It's easier to lob them in this forum as we're all addicts to varying degrees. :biggrin1:
Meanwhile I'm at a wedding on Sunday and I intend to blow rings round everyone. :smoke:
In short - I like to show off with my stogies, and it could maybe be linked to performing music???...

Holiday - Day One
Overcast.
I'm going to take a load of garden rubbish and metal stuff like dead barbecue things to the tip.
I'm going to mow the lawns.
Effectively I will gain brownie points with my missus.
I'm going to look through some boxes of old photos for some schoolmates I haven't seen since I left school and may scan them for Facebook.
I will look forward to an ample tasty cigar in my shack with a good brew and a lot of quiet sometime this afternoon.
Day seems good!

Ol' RJ was a super star in his day. I'll change my avatar to a pic in his heyday for a day or so seeing it's en vogue. Be quick though as he's off sharpish.
Re 'B@ll@ck chops', I found the picture on google: I was searching for the antithesis for all the studs flying around the site:smoke:
